Privacy Policy

Minnie ("we", "us") builds a native macOS desktop pet that runs your AI coding agent locally. This policy explains what information this website collects when you join the waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have. Privacy is core to the product, and it applies to this site too: we collect the minimum needed and never sell your data.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect only:

• Your email address.
• The form source (which section you signed up from, e.g. hero or final CTA) — so we understand what resonates.
• The submission timestamp, added automatically when your entry is recorded.

We do not ask for your name, and we do not use tracking cookies, fingerprinting, or advertising pixels. We do not collect anything from you unless you choose to submit the form.

How your information is stored

Waitlist entries are sent to a private Google Sheet via Google Apps Script and stored there. Google LLC processes and stores this data on our behalf as an infrastructure provider; their handling is governed byGoogle's Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

• To notify you when Minnie launches and when early access opens.
• To honor founder pricing for people on the waitlist.
• To send occasional, relevant product updates about Minnie.

We will not use your email for unrelated marketing, and we will not add you to lists you didn't sign up for.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. It reports aggregate traffic (like page views and referrers) without cookies, without cross-site tracking, and without building a profile of you. It does not identify individual visitors.

Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this site and store our data — currently Google (waitlist storage), GitHub (hosting), and Cloudflare (analytics) — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep waitlist entries until Minnie has launched and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. Ask any time and we'll delete your entry.

Your rights & choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from updates at any time. To make a request, emailpratiksingh30701@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights; we honor these requests regardless of location.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for developers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
